Follow Up..

I’ve been told to my face by many that I am too independent – Too Independent? What does that even mean? I also don’t understand why the words ‘independent woman’ have been weighed down with negative connotations. However being to independent takes you out of your natural character as a women, so where is the middle ground.

An interesting thing occurs when different vibrating things/processes come into proximity: they will start, after a little time, to vibrate together at the same frequency. They “sync up,” It is time to sync up with your tribe. No LOW VIBES PLEASE..

Happiness doesn’t just float through the air searching you out so that, once you are spotted, it descends upon and inhabits you. It’s an inner experience that you would be wise to nurture through your own effort and actions.

My introspection for 2022, it's time to create, build and manifest your new life. There is more to life, so go get it.

Reflwction, Serious thought or consideration

As we develop ourselves spiritually, we become wiser. Beware of those who believe that their spiritual wisdom makes them more special than others.

Setting intentions is not necessarily an easy task, but this deliberate and conscious act can help you create the life you want.

It is a known fact with few exceptions, we do best, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, when we are part of a tribe that values us.

Morning rituals are simply small habits, actions or decisions that we can make in the morning to create more ease and flow throughout our day.

You cannot fix a problem you do not know you have.

Sometimes you must just say what it is, and how it is without sweetners and fluff.

In search for light, genuine black unity, brother and sisterly love. I struggle to find it. Where do we start and what needs to stop.

We haven’t been taught how to process our “negative” emotions—at least not in a good way. We either suppress them or we lash out.

What is really going on ?

We may have been taught by our parents that once you start something you must follow through.. This rule doesn't apply anymore.

I resolve to do everything with purpose and to take an active role in my life instead of being dragged through it. I’ve learned that instead of “getting through” things, it’s much more joyful to actively participate, and so much more rewarding.
